Contra Mestre Parente
Originally from Brazil, Contra Mestre Parente came to the UK thanks to Mestre Suassuna, and the requests from our senior students for a recognised Capoeira instructor.
Parente graduated as Contra Master under Grande Mestre Suassuna at the
Manchester 4th Batizado 2006.

Contra Mestre Parente has been training since he was a young child, and has had to overcome many obstacles in order to keep up his Capoeira training.
Parente's commitment and hard work are a great example to us all, and we are all proud to be a part of the biggest Capoeira group in the North West.
