It is misleading to place different styles of Capoeira into categories. Only through regular training will even the most 'confident' capoeiristas really shed their fear or inhibitions. In building your confidence you begin to express yourself, this is the first step to the never ending experience of developing your own style. Just watch each Master, and you will see that no player or game is the ever same. Finding your style means constant soul searching, so self expression is key to Capoeira.
